NGC was studied to cover every possible "tool" of communication by structuring the 5 major departments. The Media Department, the Cinema Department, Music Department, Educational Department, and Events Department.


The Media Department

This Department is in charge of maintaining a wide open relation with external media and public by informing and updating them on NGC work. The Media Department is one of the most important that carries out all the news of NGC for an external and internal public. The goal of this department is to maintain a clear and strong communication between the external media, such as newspapers, TV, radio, magazines, etc, and keep a strong and clear communication with the NGC International Network.
Inside the Media Department there are the following facilities:

Public Relation, in charge of keeping a efficient communication with external media and public, and also internal NGC Network communication.

NGC Magazine, in charge of informing and update the audience of news and events happening at NGC.

Internet, in charge of maintaining a clear communication through the NGC Website, and also publicizing NGC on the large internet network.

Promotion, in charge of publicizing and promoting NGC and all its projects through every environment possible in order to give a bigger and clear image of NGC world.


The Cinema Department

This Department is the base and place where all the NGC works end in. The Cinema Department is in charge of interpreting all the messages, projects, and purposes of NGC. Here every talents and dreamer has the chance to realize and raise his voice addressing every audience. The Cinema Department is the "voice" of NGC, and it is the most powerful "weapon" used to serve the New Generation. All short movies, long length movies and documentaries carry messages used to promote Peace, Hope, and Love.


The Music Department

Music is another powerful way to communicate with today's world, and sends also deep message straight to the heart. The Music Department is also connected with the Cinema Department in order to produce soundtracks and with the Event Department by entertaining in parties and other gender of events.


The Educational Department

Education is the base of NGC, our first audience are kids and young people that want to learn more about today's world. We are already in relationship with American colleges and Aiesec where we give voice and more power to kids and young people to tell what and how they feel. By teaching those kids they learn more about today's real situation, and most of all we learn how to improve in bringing messages from them and raise their voice. The Educational Department is in charge of creating connection, relationship, workshop, and more in order to bring young people to share ideas, solve problems together, and specially learns from each other.


The Events Department

A powerful way to communicate with every kind of audience and promote young talents, and all NGC projects by organizing and conducting parties, events, music contests, writing contests, film festivals, music festivals, and more. All in order to bring everybody together and show the hard work made by young talents, and especially promote them in order to turn them into messages addressed to every audience. Events are the way in which NGC express itself live, and with a straight connection with the public.
